Stack & Company was founded over 40 years ago with the goal of bringing the best products and service to the Pacific Northwest market serving the needs of both our customers and manufacturers.
We have an experienced team of Territory Managers covering Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, and Montana. Our reps are on the road to assist customers throughout the year, and attend both summer and winter shows in Las Vegas as well as National Shows. We look forward to working with you.

Rachel has been representing Stack & Co.’s fantastic line package for twenty years and bought the Stack & Co. agency in 2023! She is supported by her husband Adam (admin for the company), her “assistant” daughters Lily and Ellie, and doggy Lobo. Rachel’s favorite hobbies are to dance (ballet, jazz, dance workouts) and spend time with her family. She loves her customers and views them as extended family.
Pat Mawhinney

Pat brings 34 years of selling experience to his customers, with the last 23 being with Stack and Co. He loves the relationships and friends that he continues to make along the way. Pat lives in Sherwood Oregon with his wife of 34 years, Katie and their son Logan (19). Their daughter Brinna (24) has recently moved onto a new adventure to Belgium in Western Europe. In his spare time, Pat enjoys golfing as well as crabbing on the Oregon coast.

Ian brings more than 20 years of experience in merchandising, retail buying, and sales management. Having worked with both local and international companies, he combines creativity, industry knowledge, and a passion for building strong customer relationships.
Ian is excited to join Stack & Company and serve retailers throughout his territory.
He lives in Mukilteo, Washington, and enjoys live entertainment, exploring local happy hours, and spending time in the kitchen creating new dishes.
Phillip Dunckel

Phillip has been a rep with Stack and Co. for 13 years and counting! He lives in beautiful Omak, Washington with his wife of 31 years and their dog, Zeke. In addition to his favorite hobbies of cooking and gardening, Phillip loves spending time with his family, proudly exclaiming “grandchildren are the best!”
Zena Perry

Zena has been working in the gift industry for 46 years, starting right out of high school in 1979 at a small gift store chain in southern Oregon as a stock person and working up to General Manager. She opened her own store in Jacksonville, OR in 1990 and started her career as a wholesale gift Sales Rep in 1994. Zena lives with her husband in Eagle Point, OR on 72 acres where they raise beef and pork. Between horses, cows, pigs, three barn cats, Maggie May the jack russell and Ellie May the hound dog life is never dull.
